Chodzi przede wszystkim o firmy obs\u0142uguj\u0105ce inwestycje gie\u0142dowe i programist\u00f3w, kt\u00f3rzy patrz\u0105 na rynek pracy bardziej realistycznie, ni\u017c do tej pory. Pojawiaj\u0105 si\u0119 nawet okre\u015blenia, \u017ce firmy z Wall Street to organizacje \u201cna ka\u017cd\u0105 pogod\u0119\u201d i chyba jest w tym troch\u0119 racji. Wiele z nich przetrwa\u0142o niejedn\u0105 burz\u0119, wi\u0119c obecna ulewa tak\u017ce ich nie przera\u017ca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I just wonder how many IT professionals the US financial market can actually absorb. I&#8217;m thinking here of data from <a href=\"http:\/\/layoffs.fyi\">Layoffs.fyi<\/a>, according to which more than 75,000 people lost their jobs in the technology sector in 2022. The needs are gigantic, so whoever doesn&#8217;t get to Wall Street will have to look further&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0179r\u00f3d\u0142o:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/fa956177-5daa-43fd-8a64-79f5eebcc309\">https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/fa956177-5daa-43fd-8a64-79f5eebcc309<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"co-management-mysli-o-pracy-zdalnej-i-nie-bal-sie-powiedziec\" data-num=2>Co management my\u015bli o pracy zdalnej (i nie ba\u0142 si\u0119 powiedzie\u0107)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When the pandemic appeared on the horizon like Godzilla and made everyone hide in their home offices, the well-known world ended for many leaders&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, okay, I won&#8217;t exaggerate. We are well aware of how much our work has changed in recent years. The whole sphere of team management has also undergone huge changes, not to mention relationships with coworkers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The effects of these changes have been studied by A.Team, which has just published the '2022 Tech Work Report&#8217;, which is based on a survey completed by 581 founders and managers of technology companies. What interesting things do we learn? First of all, that the Great Resignation has left an incredible mark on the entire sector &#8211; as many as 44% of those surveyed have lost their top specialists, who are extremely difficult to replace. Remote recruitments are dragging on for up to four months at a time and traditional processes are no longer sufficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recent years have also resulted in a 'blending&#8217; of full-time staff with freelancers in unprecedented proportions &#8211; as many as 73% of managers hire freelance specialists. Depending on the team, they are responsible for up to half of the work carried out. Quite a lot! Tak, jak to proponuje Nnamdi Iregbulem na swoim blogu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znajdujemy tam ciekaw\u0105 interpretacj\u0119 aktualnej sytuacji, zw\u0142aszcza za oceanem. Zdaniem Iregbulema (facet ma na to dowody!) zwolnienia to naturalny element \u017cycia, kt\u00f3ry powinien r\u00f3wnowa\u017cy\u0107 si\u0119 z odsetkiem bezrobotnych, kt\u00f3rzy szcz\u0119\u015bliwie znale\u017ali zatrudnienie. Tymczasem z danych zebranych przez cytowanego autora wynika, \u017ce zdecydowanie wi\u0119kszy wp\u0142yw na rynek ma spadek liczby rekrutacji, ni\u017c zwolnienia. Tylko tyle wystarczy, aby wystrzec si\u0119 b\u0142\u0119d\u00f3w, a przy okazji pokona\u0107 kilka mit\u00f3w.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Swoj\u0105 drog\u0105, z punktu widzenia w\u0142a\u015bciciela firmy to tak\u017ce wygodne wizerunkowo i biznesowo, by raczej \u201cspowolni\u0107 zatrudnienie\u201d, ni\u017c \u201czwalnia\u0107\u201d.
